Collection, processing and utilisation of personal data
Personal data is only collected and stored if you have supplied it of your own accord, for example by email or by filling out a form when you order a product in our shop. The data that we collect is clearly visible on the respective form. Mushroom spawn is a sensitive living product and should not spend too much time with the transport company when we ship it. We need your phone number so that we can easily get in contact in case we need to discuss or adjust the shipping date, e.g. due to unusual weather conditions or other shipment delays. In addition, we pass your phone number to the shipment company in case there is a problem in finding your delivery address.

We use the data that you have provided exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling and processing your order, preparing an invoice and answering any questions you may have. The data-processing follows legal requirements. After completely processing your order the data is deleted after the mandatory storage periods defined in tax and commercial legislation.

Storing your personal data
We protect our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
We would like to point out that the transfer of any data on the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third parties.
